Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns:

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on items within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must provide video of unboxing the product, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including custom or personalized products, and items marked as final sale.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@tejasworld.com or +91 9662400409 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return in your request.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

2. Replacement:

  • Eligibility: We offer replacements for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24hours of shipping.
  • Replacement Process: To request a replacement, provide a description of the issue along with photos of the defective or damaged item. Our team will review your request and arrange for the replacement item to be sent to you.
  • Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for replacement items if the original item was defective or if there was an error on our part.

3. Refunds:

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refund amount will be 70% of the total amount. Additionally, the customer shall be responsible for shipping charges payments. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take [3-5] business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: If only a portion of your order is returned, you will receive a partial refund based on the items returned.

4. Exchanges:

  • Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
