Shipping Policy

All orders are usually processed usually takes 2 — 3 working days.
Courier services process time is 3 to 7 working days. Hence, orders are dispatched as soon as possible for your convenience.
We will provide with tracking # for your convenience.
1. Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or for custom orders.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates:
- We offer FREE SHIPPING all over INDIA.
- Additional, charges would be applied for domestic urgent shipping. Usually, free delivery shipment will arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on the distance location from Anand, Gujarat. Inform us, if shipment is not arrived on 11th day, to track the shipment status.
- International shipping is NOT FREE. Depending on the location, the shipment takes around 14 to 30 working days for metro-city areas.
3. Shipping International Costs:
- We do not provide estimates for any duty, VAT, taxes or clearance charges that are/may apply during import required by the destination country.
- International orders are non-refundable and all sales are final.
- International shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, and your delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout. Shipments are made for air parcels.
- By placing an order our website, all international customers agree to these terms.
4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
5. International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Once the shipment is made, it usually takes 14 to 30 days. It may vary depending on the courier services and distance from India.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- We need Mobile # and/or contact# to reach you at the time of delivery.
7. Delivery Issues:
- Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We will help you in-case of lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. In such case, make sure to take video of unboxing at the time of delivery to recover for the loss.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
- Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address, the contact # provided will be reached and if there is no response. The package will be returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
8. Address Changes:
- If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be made once an order is in transit.
